Bricen lives in Trenton with his fiancée Amanda—who is also his best friend, bookkeeper, and “boss”—along with his stepdaughter Adriana and their lovable, attention demanding Golden Retriever, Poppy. When he manages to find free time, he enjoys cheering on the Belleville Senators, watching his Ottawa Senators, attempting to play guitar, struggling with his golf game, or working in his blacksmith forge.
Deeply involved in the local building community, Bricen is a proud member of the Quinte Home Builders Association, where he serves on the board of directors and chairs the Renovators Committee. He is also an active member of the Quinte Referral Group, a local business networking organization, where he has proudly served as vice chair.
In March 2020, after 17 years with the company, Bricen purchased Warren and Company. He remains dedicated to upholding the company’s long-standing values of quality workmanship and honesty, while building on the strong foundation established by Warren, and continuously improving to ensure exceptional work, customer satisfaction, and long-term client happiness.

Warren launched his plumbing career in Calgary, Alberta, earning his Plumbing and Gas Fitting Certificate in October 1972 and working for various firms until December 1975. He then served as an Inspector/Conciliator for Edmonton's New Home Warranty Program from January 1976 to May 1977, transitioned to service coordinator at Nu West Homes, and soon advanced to Construction Superintendent, overseeing roughly 50 homes per year.

In 1980, Warren and his wife Mary founded and operated two successful Edmonton businesses—Smart Homes Ltd. and Warm Home Insulation Ltd.—until April 1987, when they relocated to Mary's hometown of Trenton. Warren then took on the role of General Manager for a major commercial firm's housing division, building homes until the market slowed in June 1990.

That month, Warren and Mary established Warren & Co. Contracting Ltd., cultivating a reputation for reliability, friendliness, and honesty over decades of partnership. His credentials include Master Plumber, Plumber, G2 Gas Ticket, Water Meter Installer, and Rinnai Continuum Water Heater Installer certifications, plus Construction Safety Association of Ontario courses in Basics of Supervising, Basics of Fall Protection, and WHMIS in Construction.

Now embracing a well-deserved semi-retired lifestyle, Warren spends his free time at his Carlow/Mayo Township cottage, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, and fishing.
